How to View QR Code Reports & Export Data

When you use a tracked QR code, QRSpike records every scan so you can measure exactly how your codes perform. Reports show scan activity over time, and you can export the raw data to a CSV file for deeper analysis in Excel, Google Sheets, or your CRM.

Scan Reports

Open the Reports page from your Dashboard to see scan activity for your tracked Website and Smart Redirect QR codes. Charts break your scans down by day, week, or month so you can spot trends and compare campaigns at a glance.

Only tracked QR code types record scans — that's Website (with tracking) and Smart Redirect codes. A plain Website (no tracking) code, or a contact type like Telephone or vCard, doesn't route through QRSpike and so has nothing to report.

Filter by Date Range

Use the date-range selector to focus a report on the current month, the last few months, or the last 12 months. How far back your history goes depends on your plan's data-retention window — higher plans keep more months of scan history.

Smart Redirect Reports

Smart Redirect QR codes are tracked just like Website-with-Tracking codes. Open the Smart Redirect Report to see scan activity over time plus a breakdown of which of your redirect rules were matched in the selected period — so you can tell how often each destination was served. Contact Form & Survey Results

Responses to your hosted forms have their own reports. Survey results are shown as interactive pie and bar charts you can filter by date, and both contact form and survey responses can be exported as a CSV file.

Export Your Data as CSV

From any report, use the Export option to download the underlying data as a CSV file. Open it in Excel or Google Sheets, pivot the numbers, or import it into your CRM for reporting alongside the rest of your marketing data.
